Economic Crisis

I think that the government should help, because this could cause all kinds of problems. A lot of people so it's a "Recession" and many will be out of jobs. Retirement funds will run out, and companies close. This could be another depression and a time where much violence will occur.

The Weekend

I played my best football game ever this friday. Then saturday I had to get up at 8am and go to work. That night I went to the movies with my gf. While we were at the movies I recieved a terrible phone call that my stepmom had been rushed to the hospital because she stopped breathing. So I left and got to the hospital to find out she wasn't doing good and that she was in ICU. My weekend got better though on sunday when I found out that she was doing better.

Sleep

I tend to stay up late. On average I go to bed about 12 in the morning. Reasons for are that I have a job, which keeps me busy until atleast 10. Homework takes about an hour and I have to get things together before bed for school the next day.

Army Reps

The recruiters did a good job telling about the army. BUT.... I wouldn't even consider it because of the lies that were told. I would only consider using them to go to college.

Legal Drinking Age

I think that the age of legal drinking should be 18. This will cut down on the underage drinking lol. I think that it really wouldn't matter, but as long as they drink and have standards about how they control their drinking.

Quote

"Even if you are not on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there." This quote to me, is saying that no matter if a person is headed for success that they can't stop because they can always lose track and become the opposite.

The Speaker

I really enjoyed the speaker on last week. I learned much about the jewerly business. I would consider doing that as a hobby but not as a living. I think that we should have more speakers this semester.

McCain's Daughter

I think that secret service should have to get permission to follow. To be honest I would keep them on the run. McCain's daughter might as well get over it because she won't be getting followed for long.... hopefully.

Dog calls 911

I think that the dog is very smart. A dog is a man's best friend. Once the dog senses love then he's loyal. I have had a few dogs that were like family, we chilled together and had fun.

HOMECOMING 2008

Homecoming was fun for me this year. It's my senior year, and all was good. First the game was pretty good in the end. We won 24 - 0 against the AAA #4 team in the state. Saturday I took pictures and went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner. The whole weekend was great for me, because my birthday was Sunday and that topped it all off.

Love

I really agree. This poem is a great example of what I am taught daily. Don't let life go without loving everyone. I've been taught this since I was a child.

Abandoned Baby

I think that the mother is an idiot. No matter what she was going through she didn't have to do this. I'm glad that someone found the baby before something worse had happened. The person who reported this should be rewarded.

MTV VMA'S

I think that Britney Spears is a normal person, living in the spotlight. She may just be tired of the media watching her every move. I didn't see the VMA's, but im sure that she didn't ruin it.

Sick Days

I feel that the school system's budget shouldn't be low. As much as we pay for things at this school, they should have much money. Subs shouldn't be the thing that we drop, because the other teachers that fill in for the sick teacher, may not be sick physically but they may be mentally, and have attitudes.

Opinion of blogging

Blogging is interesting, I get to tell my opinion on subjects of random and post it. Its a great way to express my feelings.

Hilary Clinton's supporters are going to stick with her, because Parlin has the same beliefs as McCain. OBAMA 4 PRESIDENT!

Teen Pregnancy

I Think that most teen pregnancies come by accident. Most teens don't know the importance of the little piece of rubber called a "condom" or being PURE. Peer pressure has a lot to do with teen pregnancy. One or the other is pressured or lead on by another, and at the time they may not think of any consequences .
